Lady Demon softball beats Mississippi State 1-0 at their yard. Shelby Sells continues to step up in the absence of Mikayla Brown. She fires her fourth complete-game shutout of the year.
Meanwhile the Demons win at Arizona 6-4. Adam Oller continues to pitch well and gets his first win of the year. And it looks like we have found a closer in freshman Nathan Jones from Shreveport.
Oh and by the way, that is now THREE STRAIGHT WINS vs Power 5 conference teams (2 at ND last year)

Arizona is also is also live streaming the games for free. I was trying to watch us finish it out while my wife and I were watching The Martian (which was very good, btw).
And how ironic...I was just mentioning how nice it would be if we could start getting some OOC wins over big program!

And the Lady Demons finish off the Miss St tournament 4-1, avenging their only loss with a win over Longwood. Not sure if that tournament declares a champion but if they do, it is NSU since they beat every team in the tournament. Well done ladies!
