Any thoughts? One team finds the winning column, Clement returns "home", Astros/Rangers playing tonight, basketball season tickets are on sale, ...

Any reason to believe anything different will happen than the norm the past 15 years? Hard to get excited about a game after losing Caldwell and one between two 0'fers in a conference as weak as it has ever been.

A tough week and now it is worse with the QB down. Prayers to the Team as they get through this. Time to see what the kid from North Little Rock has.

J.T. Fayard looked really good in relief duty. He looked poised and confident in his throws. He knew when to run and when to throw. He is the future at the QB position, but who knows if he will stay. When the coaching staff leaves, my hope is that he will stick around to see what is going to happen next. He had connected at the university level in different ways. Who knows? Maybe he will stick it out. When there is a coaching change that is this inevitable, you can expect that the portal will claim and empty our roster. Time will tell.

Make Fayard the guy, but don't burn his RS on a season like this. Let him know he is the guy going forward and whoever is coaching will need to keep their word. He is the best young QB prospect we have had in a long time.
