We are playing well and our play calling on offense is fairly vanilla. This would be very ugly if we were opening it up. I think Jay just wants a solid win, not a pretty win. I'll take it. We need a win for some confidence.

Some of our DBs have to tighten up before conference. That's the only weak link I see on the team in the first three games. Overall, a very dominant performance, however.

48-14 after a long pass by Southern. Yes, we can't let that happen. I understand we were just outmanned by the Baylor wideouts, but FCS foes shouldn't be able to do that against us. But that is being very picky, everything else is perfect so far! |

That isn't being picky. It's just factual. Overall, a superb performance, but here we go again going flat again in the 2nd half. LaTech will hang 50 plus on us if our DBs play this way and we go flat in the 2nd half. In saying that, it's hard to stay motivated in a game where you're way up.
